My name is Ron Shapero.  Born in South Bend, Indiana and that is where I spent the first  46 years of my life except for 7years in Los Angeles, CA getting a B.S.L. and a J.D. from the University of Southern California.  I came back to South Bend and joined my father in the retail/real estate business.  In the middle 80's I moved to Chicago and shortly thereafter went into the Insurance business.  I started out with U.G.A./NATIONAL ASSN. for the SELF EMPLOYED.  After a successful career with the N.A.S.E. (OVER $3,000,000 in sales, National Awards for Quality of Business, with a 94.7% taken rate) I opened my own agency in 1997.  We are specialists in HEALTH INSURANCE, TERM LIFE INSURANCE, LONG TERM CARE AND  RELATED PRODUCTS.  We are licensed in ILLINOIS, WISCONSIN, MICHIGAN, INDIANA  and FLORIDA.    We are licensed with over 40 different Insurance Companies in the specialities of HEALTH, LIFE, LONG TERM CARE,  AND RELATED INSURANCE PRODUCTS and if you need a company we don't have we will try and get it.   We are only interested in highlly rated consumer oriented Insurance companies that service the self employed, small business market.  We do not represent insurance companies,  we represent our clients.  That has always been our attitude.
